Her firm provides consulting services in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to providers, insurance agencies and brokerages across the country.
Ngozi serves on the Board of Directors for the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) and is a founding member of NAAIA Greater Hartford Chapter (GHC).
Ngozi holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a M.S. in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University. Ngozi teaches at Goodwin University on Customer Relations in a Multicultural World.
